breathwork, and intuitive touch—woven together through Arlene’s
inner guidance and healing presence.
Arlene is trained in all the modalities she offers, including Reiki and intuitive acupressure. Her professional credentials ensure a safe, informed, and deeply transformational experience for every client.
Her use of intuitive touch helps release emotional and physical blockages, reset the nervous system, and encourage deep energetic flow—making it a powerful element in many healing journeys.

More About Arlene – A Journey of Healing Across Continents
Before stepping fully into the world of sound and energy healing, I was already walking the path of a healer—as a registered nurse, holding space for others during moments of deep vulnerability and transformation. My care was rooted in science, compassion, and service. But over time, something greater began to stir—an inner calling I couldn’t ignore.
That calling led me far beyond hospital walls… and straight into the heart of the Earth’s most sacred places.
In just a few short years, I’ve been divinely guided to travel the world—not as a tourist, but as a soul in remembrance. I’ve stood inside the ancient pyramids of Giza. Floated in the sacred waters of the Red Sea and Dead Sea. And was baptized in the very spot in the River Jordan where Jesus Christ received His own.
I’ve returned again and again to Sedona and Costa Rica, drawn to their grounding and activation energies. I’ve offered humanitarian aid in Oaxaca, Mexico—healing with both hands and heart. And I’ve connected with the indigenous frequencies of Colombia, Australia, New Zealand, and Jordan, each place gifting me a vibration that still lives within me.
At the time, I didn’t fully understand the reason for these travels. Now, I do.
Each journey was an initiation.
Each land, a teacher.
Each moment, a preparation for the deeper work I now offer.
Today, my healing practice is a sacred blend of clinical wisdom and energetic medicine. I channel the frequencies of the Earth, sound, and Spirit to support others in remembering who they are—whole, worthy, and divinely guided.
This is more than healing.

- Ancient Tribal Drumming: Woven into her sessions when intuitively called for, honoring indigenous traditions and harnessing the grounding, rhythmic power of primal sound to entrain the nervous system and quiet the mind.
- Vibrational Healing at the Cellular Level: This work may help activate the pineal gland, the 'seat of the soul.' Certain sound frequencies—especially those from ancient traditions—are believed to stimulate the pineal gland, encouraging clarity, intuition, and inner awakening. Through tuning forks, harmonic sound, and intentional vibration, Arlene creates conditions that may support the unblocking or activation of this powerful energetic center.

Founded in 2019 in the heart of Indio, California, Holistic Tunes was born from a vision to create a sanctuary where sound becomes medicine.
Nestled in the Coachella Valley, our studio draws inspiration from the desert's natural harmonies and the rich cultural tapestry of the region. What began as intimate sound baths for small groups has evolved into a comprehensive sound healing center offering individual sessions, group experiences, and practitioner training.
Our collection of instruments has been carefully curated from around the world, each selected for its unique tonal quality and therapeutic potential. From hand-hammered Tibetan singing bowls to crystal bowls tuned to specific frequencies, our tools are both ancient and modern.
